The concept is amazing. You can go to Charlotte's Animal Care and Control, choose a dog there to take home for a little while. If it works out, you will have an opportunity to adopt the dog full time and if it doesn't, you have given the dog a chance to get our of the shelter and get some exercise. This is what you call a win/win.
