A South Carolina Police Department Wants You To Slow Your Roll
Normally when you see those blue lights behind you, it means your day is about to be altered. Chances are you may have bent a traffic rule or two. The officers in the Summerville, South Carolina police department are stopping people for a different reason these days. They are handing out rolls (of toilet paper) to get you to slow your roll.
They know you are stressed, perhaps in need of some toiletries and so they are spending some of their time spreading a little good will.
