So this is just what we need when apparently society has decided there is no more valuable commodity than toilet paper.
Just outside Greensboro, police pulled over a truck (18-wheeler). Turns out it was stolen. Also, it was carrying more than 18,000 pounds/9 tons of toilet paper.
Wait, before you get too excited thinking we get to benefit from this seizure, all 9 tons of TP are evidence in the case and therefore must be locked up and not touched.
So in other words, in a toilet paper crisis/shortage, there's literally tons of it sitting in a warehouse and has to remain that way!
