Maintaining healthy eating habits is always important, but especially in light of everything going on in the world right now.  A great way to keep up a healthy diet is using Dash seasonings to add flavor to your dishes without adding salt.  There are so many different varieties and flavor blends of Dash readily available in your grocer's spice aisle.

This seemingly indulgent snack uses Dash Chicken Grilling Blends.  But, feel free to sub in any of your favorite spicy Dash flavors.

Ingredients:

Flour tortillas, won ton wrappers or chips if you're really indulging

4 oz. ground turkey

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Tablespoon Chicken Grilling Blend or favorite Dash seasoning

2/3 cup salsa

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  If using tortillas or won tons, use a pizza cutter to cut the tortillas or won tons into triangles.  Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.  Place in oven for 5-6 minutes until browned.  Brown turkey in a saute pan with Dash seasoning of choice.  Add salsa and warm through.  Place spoonful of meat mixture on each "chip".  Sprinkle each with cheese.  Return to oven for a minute or two to melt cheese.  Remove and top with nacho toppings of your choice.
