What Was Concerning One Year Ago Today

This popped up on my Facebook timeline today and I laughed out loud at what I remember being such a concerning thing on April 2, 2019.  It was a day that our son, in the heart of golf season, had an important high school match on the course he lives on, Stonebridge Golf Club.

Then, mid-morning, it began to snow.  And not just a little...it was coming down, Jack!  I knew his match was going to be postponed and how disappointed he was going to be.  We'd experienced 2-3 beautiful days in a row and already a couple of matches had been postponed due to rain.  Plus, he had been playing really well.

I was bummed for him.  Safe to say, a little snow ruined our day.

Snow.

A year later, what I wouldn't give to have an April snow be the biggest concern in our lives.

Stay safe, and keep in perspective what is important.
