If you're like me right now, you are getting creative with what's in your pantry and fridge using ingredients on hand to make yummy dishes.  I always have Dash salt-free seasonings in my pantry to add plenty of flavor without all the salt.  With Easter around the corner, I love a fresh tasting macaroni salad to place alongside the other staples on the family dinner table.  I hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

4 oz. macaroni or short pasta of choice

1/4 cup diced red pepper (or in my case, the pickled sweet peppers I had in my fridge)

1/3 cup mayo

1 T. chopped parsley

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

2 T. Dash Original Blend

2 T. sour cream

1/4 cup diced celery

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.  Combine Dash, mayo, sour cream, parsley and stir well.  Add remaining ingredients and gently mix.  Stir in cooked and drained macaroni, cover and chill until ready to serve.
