Little Big Town and Thomas Rhett are set to appear on "The Disney Family Singalong," a TV special which is scheduled to air on ABC on Thursday (4/16) at 8PM ET and will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
The special will also feature a reunion of Disney cast members of High School Musical as well as Christina Aguilera, Erin Andrews, Michael Buble and Kristin Chenoweth.
Meanwhile, Thomas took to Instagram to personally thanks hospital staff at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. In a video where he sang his song "Be A Light" he said, "I can't imagine how hard you are all working. Me and my family are praying for you,"
