Imagine receiving an envelope and in it reads, "Paid In Full." That is what is happening for some strangers in Charlotte who were under a mountain of medical debt.

Freedom House Church here in Charlotte recently paid off $2 million worth of medical bills for absolute strangers.  The pastor of the church, Penny Maxwell says the church wanted to do something nice for the community who are struggling financially.

The stranger is opening envelopes which say "Paid in Full", some recipients even crying tears of joy when they received the news. For more information just go right here.
