The York County council voted 4-3 last night and made it official that the Carolina Panthers will build a practice facility and offices near Rock Hill.
South Carolina reportedly is offering 115 million in tax incentives. The Panthers will practice there at the new site and there will also be offices located there on over 200 acres of property. The Panthers will still play in Charlotte.
Some speculate that York County may be the new home for some of the players as well.
