North Carolina lawmakers are reportedly  considering allowing  restaurants to sell mixed drinks TO GO.

Of course there are some stipulations.  You couldn't just go to the establishment and get alcohol to go, you would need to purchase food along with it.

The drink would need to be in a sealed container.

Some of course are concerned this isn't a good deal.  There is always the potential that someone might drink and drive .
