A Gastonia mom says  her daughter deserves the feeling of walking across a stage to get her diploma and she made it happen.

I know how it feels all too well to graduate from Western Carolina University.  It was among the greatest days of my life.  Walking across the stage and accepting that diploma was something I'd dreamed of my whole life.  To be denied that feeling would be terrible.  Lauren Jerzak's mom thought   so too.
