Am I hearing this wrong?
Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles was on MSNBC this weekend. She seems to be saying the Republican convention might not happen in Charlotte.
The Mayor said "We have a contract with the RNC to host this convention, but we also have a commitment to our community that we will keep them safe and well. That's where we're focused and that will be our focus."
