Governor Roy Cooper says he is hoping that we can move into phase 2 this weekend, but he still needs to look at a couple more days of the data. He should be able to announce something more definitive midweek. Dr. Mandy Cohen says the state is contemplating allowing pools to reopen in phase 2. She says pools will likely need to have less capacity, spaced out chairs, face-covering requirements when out of the pool, and social distancing while in it.
Nordstrom is reopening in SouthPark and Nordstrom Rack is reopening in Carolina Pavilion on Thursday. Face coverings are being provided for employees and customers. The stores are keeping tried on or returned merchandise off the salesfloor for a period of time.

- Barbershops
- Hair salons
- Nail salons
- Spas
- Tattoo parlors
- Tanning salons
- Massage services
