Retired K-9 Officer Czar has passed away. Czar served the Statesville community for quite some time and had recently retired.
Czar was living the good life with his handler after retirement but recently his health began to decline.
He was responsible mostly for his narcotics work. He was second to none in detecting all forms of narcotics, helping to seize drugs and seize the bad guys. Rest in peace good boy.
