On one hand, we are so thankful that our son gets to have an in-person graduation in two weeks from Parkwood High School.  It was originally slated for this week at an indoor arena, but will now take place on the 24th at the school's outdoor stadium.

On the other hand, we now have something new to fear (other than the pandemic that caused this move in venue in the first place)...sprinkler systems!

Some seniors received a surprise during a graduation ceremony in Dorchester County, South Carolina as Ashley Ridge High School held its in-person ceremony early Wednesday morning at Swamp Fox Stadium.

Just as the schol's principal began to introduce all the usual dignitaries, students, and guests...the field's sprinkler system kicked in-sending everyone scrambling.
