Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced Friday that the government will allow “live indoor performances” beginning August 1st, six months after the Coronavirus pandemic shut down live entertainment.

Performers, audiences and venues will be required to maintain all social distancing guidelines during reopening.  If the live indoor concerts go well without any spike in new cases, Johnson said “stadium shows, conferences and other business events” will be allowed to resume in October.
