Several people from all across the United States including Virginia and possibly North Carolina have reported receiving packages they did not order or ask for. The packages are marked as jewelry but they actually contain mysterious seeds from China.
In one state, Virginia, the Department of Agriculture said that while they have not been able to identify the seeds they may be an "invasive plant species." It is asking Virginia residents not to plant the seeds but to contact the Office Of Plant Industry Services.
