I'm not crying, you're crying! Two very special K-9s from the Mecklenburg County Sheriffs Department got to call it a day this week as they retired from active duty after years of service.
Bandit and Nilz have tracked down many a bad guy since their watch started back in 2012. They will be repurposed within the department because they have been specially trained . We wish them all the best and hope they enjoy their retirement!
