So, it's HARD enough to try to maintain any resemblance of being in shape when you live with a gourmet chef (Debbie) who loves to cook and bake. I mean, just look at this plate of Christmas cookies she whipped up last year.
Anyway, I've now uncovered an Instagram follow that I need to DELETE immediately.
The Instagram account is @fitwafflekitchen. It's operated by an British woman, Eloise Head, and is chock-full of the most decadent, unhealthy, DELISH desserts and sweet treats you could possibly want.
