In the 1980s and 1990s in professional wrestling, tag teams were king.  The Rock and Roll Express and Midnight Express sold out arenas all over the country and especially in the Carolinas.  However, there was one team that struck fear in EVERYONE:  Hawk and Animal, "The Road Warriors."https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDGtSwjdH4s

Sadly, Road Warrior Animal (real name Joe Laurenitis) died Tuesday night of natural causes.

His partner Hawk (Mike Hegstrand) passed away in 2003.
