Fall is the time of year we all seem to lean toward comfort food. I'm all about something warm and satisfying that brings back memories of home. I can't think of anything more comforting than a warm serving of chicken pot pie.

Of course, when you incorporate Mrs. T's Pierogies into any dish, you elevate the comfort to the next level. In case you haven't had the opportunity to try pierogies, let me introduce you to these pillowy, stuffed pasta pockets. They will remind you of a semi-circle shaped ravioli filled with whipped potatoes, cheese, and a variety of yummy ingredients.

I love the versatility of pierogies.  I've used them in soups, stir-frys, salads, and even fajitas.  They're quick and easy to make, and they never disappoint.  Find Mrs. T's Pierogies in the blue box in the freezer section at your favorite grocery store.  And, I hope you'll try this amazing recipe for Deep Dish Pierogy Pot Pie.
