Starting Monday, public school districts and charter schools can begin moving to Plan A in the governor’s phased approach to reopen schools. Plan A is IN-PERSON learning.

Now, this isn’t ALL schools, but at least 18 of the states 116 public school districts have voted to move towards at least some form of in-person instruction under the plan.

Keep in mind, under rules laid down by Governor Roy Cooper, districts can ONLY reopen elementary schools.
