It would have been a very different film if not for the chemistry between Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling. Ryan played Noah the lowly lumber mill worker who catches the eye of heiress Allie. It takes you through the twists and turns of their courtship and lives and of course at the end you will be in tears.
Another actor almost grabbed the coveted role of "Noah" and it was none other than George Clooney. The actor let that little tidbit slip during a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly.
