We don't normally cover the world's most famous reality show family. You can really get that anywhere but I saw this story and it really struck me. I guess because yesterday we marked the 15th year that my own dad passed away and for some reason this anniversary of my dad's passing really hit me hard.
Kim was famously close to her Dad Robert. For her birthday her husband Kanye West bought her an animated hologram of her deceased dad. Is this wonderful or is this creepy. Personally I can't even bring myself to watch old home movies of my dad. It is just too much to bear.
In the hologram, her "dad" wishes her a happy 40th birthday and tells her how proud of her he is for her various accomplishments. She was thrilled with the gift and it was made for her so that's all that really matters. I just think I would be too busy sobbing and missing him. Looks like she took the gift in the spirit in which it was given.
