"Defund The Police" government official called 911 on Lyft driver.

A Portland, Oregon, official, who has called for defunding the police, called 911 on her Lyft driver after he canceled the ride mid-trip.
The Portland Tribune reports it happened Nov. 1. Authorities say driver Richmond Frost told police that City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty "became irate when he refused to roll the windows up." He pulled over to a gas station; so, she could call another ride.
Even though dispatch told Hardesty that Frost was within his rights, she refused to exit the vehicle. Frost ended up making his own 911 call and two officers were sent. Hardesty later told the paper that it was dark and cold - adding that, It's a lot harder when you are Black or brown in America to make that decision," but says she "ultimately had very limited options."
Lyft recommend driving with windows down amid the coronavirus pandemic. Should Hardesty be charged with misusing the 911 system?
