Oh no...here we go again.  Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has issued a 30-day-stay-at-home-order for her city due to a massive increase in Covid-19 cases.

Residents are FORBIDDEN from leaving their homes except for the following reasons: to go to work; to go to school; to seek medical attention; and to purchase groceries.

That's it, that's the list.

This week has seen Illinois’ number of COVID-19 cases skyrocket with an average of 11,400 new cases a day, according to Johns Hopkins University. That’s 60 percent higher than last week’s number.

I only have three questions:  1.  Is this sort of thing legally enforceable?  2.  With North Carolina's cases on the rise and Governor Cooper's lockdown tenaciousness he's already displayed this year, are we headed for something like this?  3.  Psychologically, could I survive another lockdown-especially one that this time would not allow for outdoor exercise activity?
