This sounds like some sort of movie mashup plot between "The Fast and the Furious," and "Cannonball Run."  There's someone who needs a lifesaving kidney transplant in Padua, Italy.  The donor organ is in Rome-300 miles away.  Apparently, no aircraft is available.  How do you do it?  How is this life saved?

One word:  Lamborghini.

Italian police own a Lamborghini that they've modified for just such an occasion and apparently put it to use-hauling a** at an average of  145 miles per hour.  And yes, they made the trip in two hours.

The Lamborghini Huracan they used has a refrigerated frunk (in the front) and was, ahem, "obtained" by the Italian authorities in 2017.  When this modified speed demon is not saving lives, it's a regular patrol vehicle.
