On April 30, the brand new Academy Museum of Motion Pictures will open up in Los Angeles.  And when it does, the face that greets guests will be very familiar, if not very friendly.

"Bruce" is the last fiberglass replica of the 4 mechanical sharks used in the making of the classic, "Jaws."  For years he hung for pictures at Universal Studios Hollywood; however, for the last quarter century he'd been just sitting in disrepair in a junkyard.

Can you imagine just turning a corner in a junkyard and coming face-to-face with 25 foot, 1200 pound, great white shark with more than 100 teeth?!

No thanks.

Anyway, "Bruce" has been restored to his original glory by the head makeup/special effects guru behind "The Walking Dead," Greg Nicotero.

As a lover of "Jaws," seriously, a selfie with this would be enough to get me to LA sometime soon.
