Would or will you go?

The city of Youngsville, North Carolina is going ahead with plans to hold its annual Christmas parade. Coronavirus cases in Franklin County, North Carolina are reaching record highs, but the parade will happen.
The parade would violate Governor Roy Cooper's executive order limiting crowds. Town manager Phil Cordero says the parade is exempt from Cooper's order because it is a religious service that starts in a church parking lot. Residents are split over whether or not the parade should occur.
