Governor  Roy Cooper told us earlier this week about the new modified stay at home order and today is the day it all takes effect.  What does the modified order mean for me and you?  Here are some of the highlights.

We are ordered to be home from 10pm-5am.  Bars,  restaurants and entertainment venues will be closed by 10 pm and alcohol sales will cease by 9pm.
