My one way love affair with Vince Gill is long and legendary.  I just can't resist that tenor voice and that cuddly teddy bear personality.  I have loved him since he was in Pure Prairie League (Amie!), look that up .  And of course he exploded in the nineties.

He is amazing solo, with his wife Amy Grant and of course with the Eagles.  He joined them in 2017 .  He sings many of the parts left behind by the late great Glenn Frey.  I must say seeing the Eagles with Vince Gill was no question the greatest concert experience of a lifetime.  And I have had more than my fair share of amazing concert experiences.  You can tell Vince sings the Glenn Frey songs with reverence .

I love this when Vince flat out belts out Heartache Tonight, an Eagles classic  written by Frey, Don Henley and co written with  Bob Segar and JD Souther.  It was the final #1 for the Eagles.
