I guess this was to be expected, and honestly, I'm surprised that Governor Roy Cooper hasn't exercised his apparent omnipotent control further-earlier.

With his current "Modified Stay At Home Order" set to expire at 5 pm on Friday and positive cases of Covid-19 on the rise in the state, it's expected that Cooper will further tighten restrictions on the people of North Carolina.

These could include lowering the capacity of in-restaurant dining further or even eliminating it altogether.  And who knows, with how he's been dead set on destroying small business in spite of science that does not back him up ( it's been reported that less than 1.5% of all cases in the US have been traced to in-restaurant dining)

Governor Cooper is set to address the state at 2 pm today. I'm bracing for the worst. Unfortunately.
