If you are feeling lucky you better buy your ticket today! The Mega Millions jackpot is now nearing half a billion dollars.

The prize rose to 490-million-dollars after no one won during Tuesday’s drawing. That now puts the cash option at around 372-million. This makes the prize the eighth largest it’s ever been in history. The next drawing will be held on Friday night.

As for Powerball, no one got all the numbers last night, but a few walked away with a million bucks. That jackpot will be up to $470 million for Sunday night’s drawing.

The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mega Millions tickets are sold in 44 states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. You can see more on the drawing here.
