A few years ago, Debbie and I were in Los Angeles for a press junket and went on a "Haunted Hollywood Tour."  Basically it was an hour long drive stopping at every legendary spot of death in Beverly Hills.  it was REALLY cool...morbid, but cool.   For example, the above photo is from the Chateau Marmont and Bungalow 3 where John Belushi overdosed.

Anyway, somehow The Cecil Hotel was NOT on the tour and I have zero idea why after seeing the trailer for this new documentary coming out on Netflix, February 10.

"Crime Scene:  The Vanishing At The Cecil Hotel" focuses on the Cecil Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.  This joint has, over the last century, been linked to untimely deaths as well as housing serial killers. It's also where 21-year-old Canadian student Elisa Lam was staying when she mysteriously vanished in 2013.

And the footage of her disappearance is startlingly uneasy at best.

Can't wait for this!
