It's truly one of the more incredible streaks in all of sports and most people are unaware of it. Don Crisman is 84-years-old and along with Tom Henschel and Gregory Eaton are the only three people left who have attended each and every Super Bowl since the first in 1967.

I was wondering if Covid-19 was going to derail this, and at first the NFL said tickets for Crisman wouldn’t be available. He said he was ready to give up the streak, but another Super Bowl streaker was committed to keeping the run alive.

And to the NFL's credit, they recognize that as long as you are able to keep this streak alive, it's one hell of a story!

The big game this weekend will feature the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Attendance has been capped at 22,000, which includes 7,500 health care workers. The stadium will be about a third full.

And Don Crisman will be there.

BTW-as a New England (Maine) resident, Crisman is a Patriots fan who (no surprise) is also a Tom Brady loyalist. Brady is in his first season with the Buccaneers after spending the first 20 years of his career with the Pats. So no doubt, Don is looking forward to rooting him on in this his unprecedented 10th Super Bowl.

The biggest goal though (obviously), is for Crisman to keep his Super Bowl streak going and come back to Maine without contracting the virus. He said he has had one of the two doses of the coronavirus vaccine. Eaton said he has also had the first shot, while Henschel said he has not.
