Governor Henry McMaster presented South Carolina's highest civilian honor , The Order of The Palmetto, to an exceptional South Carolina principal.
Henry Darby serves at North Charleston High School as the principal there, he is also on the Charleston county council and he took a third job and gives all those earnings to help his students in need.
Inspired by his incredibly giving spirit, the community has raised over $50,ooo to go to the kids, and then Walmart kicked in ANOTHER $50,000.
I don't know how in the world the man has the energy but we are sure glad he does!
