Dishin’ With Debbie-BLT Pierogy Bake

I love how Mrs. T's Pierogies can warm me up on a cold winter day.  Our whole family enjoys those delicious pockets of pasta filled with potatoes and cheese.  And of course, Mrs. T's has so many varieties to choose from.  We also love the pierogies filled with bacon, or classic onion or broccoli.

Mrs. T's has become a versatile staple in our weekly menu because we are able to use them in so many ways.  It never feels like we're having the same meal...because we aren't!  This BLT Pierogy Bake appealed to me on a number of levels.  It's hearty and satisfying, and you could have it any time of day.  It would be just as wonderful at brunch or dinner or even a late-night snack.  I hope you enjoy it.
