This looks like something very scary out of a movie. Students and employees at a martial arts studio in Charlotte watched in shock as a car crashed into the studio's building.
The incident happened Saturday around 1pm at Leadership Martial Arts while 8 people were inside training. Business owner Derek Richardson says none of the students or staff were injured. "In all my years I have seen a lot of wild things but I have never seen a car go through my wall", said Derek.
It looks like alcohol may have been involved. Derek added that the driver tried to flee and then tried to "square up" with Richardson but they were able to stop him before CMPD arrived.
