“Stowaway” Is A Thriller You’ll Want To See

Truth be told, I will watch Anna Kendrick in just about anything.  There's something about her smart, funny, girl next door vibe that I really like.  So when I heard she was doing a sci-fi movie, I was stoked.  One of my favorite girls in one of my favorite kind of movies...

This was kind of surprising as she said this was a genre she'd never do (although she's ALMOST done it with fantasy movies like "Twilight" and "Into The Woods").

Anyway, in this movie for Netflix, she plays "Zoe," a medical researcher on a spaceship headed to Mars on a two-year mission. With her are her ship's commander (Toni Collette) and a biologist (Daniel Dae Kim), and yes...the title character, stowaway (Shamier Anderson).  The crew finds him shortly into their mission.

Here's the rub.

Their ship is only equipped for three, and when damage is done to the life support systems, there's an impossible problem and Kendrick's got to solve it...fast!
