Okay, this is Drivers Ed 1o1.  When you approach a railroad crossing with the crossbars down, YOU STOP!  That means a train is coming and in a car v. train match...you lose...EVERY TIME!

Which takes us to this guy in Poland.  Now granted, he was running and gunning his Mazda to avoid the police, but still, he CAN'T have thought this was a good idea in the end.

Yeah, how about that?!  How lucky is that dude that he wasn't completely impaled by his own stupidity.  This ain't Hollywood, things don't just break away nicely.

Oh, and in case you were wondering...yes, he did get away (you see that in the video) and YES...he was apprehended a little later (kinda hard to hide a railroad crossing bar sticking out of your Mazda, I guess).
