Why You Keep Dreaming Your Partner Is Cheating

Oh, it is the worst. You wake up from a perfectly good sleep because you have had a horrible dream that your partner is cheating.

This happens from time to time even at our house and poor Rick. I will literally be mad at him after one of these dreams even tho the sweet little thing hasn't done a thing. But do these dreams mean anything? The good news is, it does not mean that they actually are cheating, but your "second brain" is feeling some sort of way.

According to dream analyst Lauri, there are a number of reasons why this is happening especially if it happens frequently.  She suggests that frequent cheating dreams should be examined. For example, there could be some insecurities going on that go unnoticed during the day.

There are primarily six reasons why you dream that your spouse is cheating and it really is mostly just your problem.  You are afraid they will cheat. You have been cheated on before (insecure).  You have cheated on a faithful spouse.  There is a third wheel in the relationship.
