This kid is amazing.
12-year-old Mike Wimmer, of Salisbury, North Carolina, is getting ready to graduate high school and college in the same week. He completed four years of high school and enough coursework for a two-year associate’s degree. Mike is receiving a degree from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and Concord Academy High School. He is his school’s valedictorian.
Mike says at just 18 months old he took to technology and learning how it all works and why things work. “I was really always drawn to it. At 18 months old with my first iPad I started to wonder ‘well how does it work?'” He did say it took him to age five to actually start getting into computer programming. Way to go, Mike!
No better way to introduce my newest venture, HORIZON OS, than at my high school science fair! I am excited for the future and the tremendous potential this OS has in changing the lives of so many.
