A North Carolina man wins the lottery again!

Three years ago Max Bouldin won $1 million in the lottery. However, he did not quit while he was ahead. And that persistence paid off. Bouldin claimed another $1 million prize last week according to the N.C. Education Lottery.

Bouldin's fire win was back in July 2018, when he credits a “lucky feeling”  for his decision to play the Extreme Millions game. He claimed his prize that same day.

This latest win was off of  a $10 ticket for the Jumbo Bucks game. The ticket was purchased at Trindale Mini Mart in Trinity, NC which is south of High Point.

Bouldin, from Randolph County, chose to take his latest prize in a lump sum and kept $424,503 after taxes, according to the lottery.

While officials didn’t say what Bouldin planned to do with the most recent winnings, he and his girlfriend hoped to save and invest the 2018 prize money.
