Prince Harry seems to be on just about every media platform these days.  I just listened to him on Dax Shepard's podcast and there is a newly released trailer featuring him on an upcoming series with Oprah called "The Me You Can't See".

May is mental health awareness month.  One of Prince Harry's mission does seem to be bringing more awareness to mental health issues, a subject near and dear to his heart.  He has admitted his struggles with mental health over the years.

Just about everyone I know suffers from some form of mental illness either chronically or seasonally. Some more severe than others and it can be paralyzing.  There were two times in my own life when I felt I needed help, when my father passed away was one of them.  I reached out to my sister and she put me on the right path to get some help.

The Me You Can't See airs May 21 on Apple Tv
