Video: WW2 Vet Celebrates His 100th Birthday in Charlotte
A patriot through and through, that is how people describe an amazing man that lives in North Charlotte. And this particular man has been around for a very long time. Andy Tomsho is something very special and had a great birthday one year after being able to see and hug his daughter and granddaughter .
Mr. Tomsho is a Navy man and served in both World War Two and the Korean war. He is amazingly sharp and says “I feel good. I could run a mile if I had to”. And we have no doubt that he could.
He says the worst part about last year was missing the people he loves. He sure looks happy in this video and story, check out the video here from channel 9
