Four tigers taken from the Tiger King are now in North Carolina.

Carolina Tiger Rescue said it has possession of four of the animals from the popular Netflix show,  while the Justice Department seeks permanent forfeiture of the animals.

The famous park In Oklahoma had been inspected three times and cited for not giving the animals proper veterinary care, shelter, or nutrition.  Investigators detailed allegations of disturbing conditions they documented for some of the big cats, it wasn't good. They say some showed signs of high anxiety and stress, with several losing their fur and showing signs of weight loss, while others had untreated wounds. Carolina Tiger Rescue said that the cats will receive the best in veterinary care and more while in their care.
