Every time the 24 year old GOAT performs she reminds us all that she is in a league of her own.  She just won her record seventh United States Gymnastics Title and she could win five additional Olympic gold medals this summer at the Tokyo games.

I was on a girls weekend at the beach and we were all glued to our news feeds.  I think every girl I know either tried gymnastics or certainly admires and follows those that do it well.  It is the most watched event in the Olympics.

She is constantly pushing herself and raising her level of excellence in competition.  And that is the premise for the new Facebook series, "Simone vs. Herself".

The seven part series will offer an in depth  behind the scenes look at Biles life in the gym and away from it as she prepares for the previously postponed Tokyo Olympics.
