Wine giant E and J Gallo is all set to build a 423 million dollar facility in Chester County. This is huge news! They are the biggest wine makers in the country and they chose to come here to South Carolina. They had to get through a hurdle though.
They are able to build a facility and distribution center after the state said it was alright to let Gallo open tasting rooms. The center will hire nearly 500 people over the next few years. And could be a destination for people hoping for a little more variety in what they normally do in Chester County
The first phase of construction is currently set for completion in October next year.
