This is my daughter Emily and when she came to me at 16 and asked me to allow her to get a tattoo, well you can imagine what my reaction was.  I just did not want her to mark up all the pretty skin Jesus and I gave her;)  But of course just as soon as she could, she got one.  Her first one.

It took me awhile but she did get pretty ones and so now they are a part of her and I love them.  I too have a tattoo but let's just say I am full of "regert" about that one.  That is a story for another day.

Most people love their tattoos !  And that is a good thing considering they are most likely stuck with them for all time.  A company called Zippia has revealed the most popular ink art in each state.

The most popular tattoo in North Carolina is the wedding band.  Interesting!
