The Richest Town In North Carolina Will Surprise You

I know what you are thinking and no, the richest city in North Carolina is NOT Charlotte.

Sure, Charlotte is a beautiful city with all the trees, parks, and pretty buildings around town and all but is not named as the richest city. Rich can mean many things and this survey factored in the quality of life.

The US Census Department compiled a list for the whole country and used statistics like unemployment rate and median household income..and found the richest town in North Carolina. It is Marvin or Marvin Village in Union County.

I will say my life became “richer” when I moved to the country. For me; space, nature, and life in a  small town are where I feel the richest. To learn more about North Carolina’s and the country’s richest cities just go right here

  The Morehead Planetarium and Science Center located in Chapel Hill is a great place to learn all about North Carolinas history.   I love this park. It is located between Durham, Cary, and Raleigh in North Carolina, across 5,579 acres of land. With its wooded paths and trails and beautiful lakes, it is certainly one of the must-see places to visit in North Carolina for nature lovers. The William B. Umstead State Park offers many different ways to spend your time. Hiking, cycling, walking, running, and even canoeing or paddle boating can all be done.

  Baseball your thing? You should catch a game if you are in the Durham area. Durham Bulls are a minor league baseball team in North Carolina and are a great way to spend time with family and friends. Around the stadium, there is also a lot to do after the game.
